its good to get dried mud off horses and to help them shed. but I have seen some horses that shy away from them.
Here in the south we have clay so when your horse takes a good wallow you end up with a brick! This is the perfect tool to break it up. This is also great for shedding hair. Use with a light touch and can get the mud off of anywhere on the horse. A must have!!
A bit harsh, even with winter coats, but is great for cleaning the dust out of brushes. Does tend to rust after a few years.
