 We just received my daughters first riding jacket for her first show next week from your consignment shop. It couldn't have fit better if I had it made for her. The jacket is just beautiful and in impeccable condition. Please tell whomever it came from thanks(Annie Rider Kids Size 8). I need to place another order soon but wanted to touch base re the Schleese that was delivered today. You are the best! It is really refreshing to find a vendor like Equus Now. I don't think I would have been able to get a new pair of boots without your help! Yes, my big boy is truly a childhood dream. When I was 9, I told my saddlebred trainer, I wanted a black and white paint saddlebred. Here are I am many years later with a black and white paint Thoroughbred. Yes, Dev, short for Devilish Edaro, looks like a warmblood, but he is really a Thoroughbred cross! He is like a giant labrador; he wants to get in your car, sit in your lap and he loves adults, kids, other horses and dog, etc. Here is the photo from our xmas card. You can see how sweet he is here! 




I wanted to write and say thank you for all your help and support getting my Ariat Monaco boots replaced. I was so thrilled to buy them initially from Equus Now given the price and wonderful customer service. Well, that great experience didn't stop after the sale either! After just 9 months of very moderate showing, the boot zippers started to completely separate over the jumps or when I took a step on the ground! When I called you to explain what was happening, you and your team provided invaluable help for how to work through Ariat and Equus Now to get them replaced at no additional cost to me.

As you can see in the attached photo, my new Ariat Monaco boots not only look great, they are so comfortable and yes, the new, thicker zippers, made the problems go away! Both my horse Dev and I thank you for all your help. It is great to find an online vendor who really cares about their customers! Equus Now will always be a top choice for all my equine needs!

I have attached some recent photos of my “partner” Lyle wearing the tack Equus has provided us. Returning to full time riding and horse ownership after many decades was a big decision for me fraught more than a little anxiety. However when I walk into Equus the wonderful staff always puts me at ease. Their courtesy, knowledge and support have helped make my transition back to the saddle a life affirming choice.

Enclosed are the Cavallo Boots that I had ordered on 3-27-09 and received 4-8-09 afternoon as they were on backorder. Enclosed is also my receipt.
As I mentioned in my conversation with Monica on 4-16-09, the boots leave a 1/2" gap on 1 side on the right hoof, evidently my horse has an unusual shaped hoof of conformation. She checked and assured me that I would be able to return the boots for a charge refund. They are in perfect condition. I may decide to try another brand in the future and will definitely consider shopping at Equus Now as you have good prices and excellent customer service.



Hi there, I just wanted you guys to know how much I appreciated your customer assistance on my last purchase. I wanted a Shires blanket and tried to purchase one online. I received a call to let me know that you were all sold out of that size but that there was a Saxon available in that size similar to the Shires. I accepted the substitute and then was called to let me know that the Saxon was $10 less than the Shires and to expect a refund on my credit card. It made me feel great knowing that you guys were looking after me!!! THANK YOU!!! I will certainly continue to do business with you (I have 7 horses!! ;))and will send other business your way. By the way the blanket arrived two days later and it is a very nice blanket!!

I wanted to let you know about the wonderful customer service I experienced at you store Sunday, June 1st

I have a 13 year old Appendix Quarter horse that has been struggling with lameness for one reason or another. The most recent being severely bruised front feet followed by a nail puncture in one hind foot. The Equine Chiropractor I use suggested that I use Magic Cushion for his bruising.

So Friday, May 30th, a friend of mine picked up the supplies for me and I went to work packing his feet. Well, the packing didn’t last because of his pawing and tearing of the vet wrap. I rewrapped, this time with Duck tape covering the vet wrap. That failed too. At this point I figured that I would have to invest in costly boots to keeping the packing in place, I however, was wrong.

This is where Jen Hetzler came to my rescue, something for which I am very thankful. Instead of just selling me the boots and sending me on my way, Jen suggested that I first try applying cotton bandages before the vet wrap and then apply the duck tape in a little different manner to keep the vet wrap from tearing. She then suggested I apply a drawing salve for his nail wound, something I hadn’t even considered.

Jen spent at least 45 minutes with me, listening to the problems I was experiencing and providing me with a lot of much needed information and guidance. Once she had learned that the general consensus among the Vet, Chiropractor, and Ferrier was to get the issues with his feet cleared up that all the other issues should resolve themselves, she helped me select a biotin rich supplement, a sole paint, and helped me find the hoof hardener my Ferrier recommended.

Although Equus Now did not receive the $160 sale of four horse boots, Jen has made a very happy, loyal, lifetime customer. Something I feel is worth a great deal more.
