Returns Most items purchased online are returnable for a refund within 30 days. Used Saddles and clearance items are returnable for store credit only. Special Orders, Custom Items & Monogrammed Items are NOT returnable. ** Special Orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed. After 30 days - Items are returnable for a Store Credit Only. Items must be returned in brand new condition. There should be no signs of use, horse hair or odors. All tags must be on to qualify for a return.
